Begin your experience with a Christmas cocktail on arrival, followed by a lavish festive seafood platter featuring freshly shucked oysters, Moreton Bay bugs, local king prawns, smoked salmon, and more. Continue the celebration with shared European antipasto and artisan breads, gourmet salads, and a selection of hot dishes including roast turkey with sage stuffing, aged beef fillet with blackberry jus, and Atlantic salmon with pink peppercorn rub.
Finish on a sweet note with a decadent dessert selection from traditional Christmas pudding with brandy custard to festive macarons and tiramisu.
