With Brisbane having access to some of Australia's best coastal produce, the experience features the freshest flavours that spotlights the pureness of the produce itself.
Kick off your weekend with an appetizing array of chilled seafood including oysters, pacific prawns, slipper bugs, three spot and spanner crab, fresh Australian lobster, house smoked salmon and mussels. The signature Seafood and Champagne feast includes a bottle of Chandon sparkling wine from $118 per person*, or for an elevated experience, a bottle of French Champagne for $149 per person*.
